Open year-round, the Fairgrounds is a multipurpose facility providing entertainment, recreation and business opportunities in Mesa County. The facility hosts the annual County Fair, monster truck shows, horse and livestock shows, festivals and concerts. Meeting/banquet rooms are available for all occasions.

Turn of the 20th century apple orchard where costumed interpreters
demonstrate day-to-day tasks, such as blacksmithing, woodworking,
and woodstove cooking. See a unique collection of vintage farm artifacts
and full-size Uintah Narrow Gauge Railway exhibit. Guided tours
and group rates are available.

A dinosaur experience you shouldn't miss! See real fossils and casts of articulated skeletons, uncover bones in the kids' quarry, watch life-like animated dinosaurs stomp and roar, feel a 5.2 earthquake, and observe a working paleontology lab. Dinosaur Digs are run during the summer.

Follow the region's timeline through immersive exhibits including a one-room schoolhouse and full-size uranium mine. Temporary exhibits change regularly.
