Grand Mesa Scenic Byway &
Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park

From I-70, the Byway climbs through picturesque Plateau Creek canyon to cool evergreen forests 11,000 feet above sea level. Cast a line for rainbow, cutthroat, and brook trout in more than 200 lakes on the Grand Mesa.
